After Sale - Top

On your instruction our professional staff can check your property at fortnightly intervals.  If there are any problems, we will inform you and resolve them only after receiving your instruction to proceed.  We will pay for any work undertaken on your behalf and any receipts will be given to you on your return to Altinkum / Turkey.

Cleaning - Top

You can ask our Professional Cleaning Service to clean your home before your guests arrive or during their stay.  Just choose and let us know!

Gardening - Top

 Our site manager will maintain garden areas all year round.

Health - Top

If you have any health problems, we will recommend an emergency doctor who will attend to you immediately.  You will be given an invoice so that your expenses can be reimbursed from your insurance company on your return to your country.

Insurance - Top

Problems can happen anywhere at anytime.  Just imagine someone broke into your home, a fire started, your central heating or water pipes leak causing damage to your neighbour's house or your windows get broken by storm damage... what are you going to do?
Artemis Construction & Properties can recommend suitable insurance companies to provide cover for these risks.
However, for the first two years Artemis provide free building and contents insurance cover for a whole range of risks on our own development properties.  Please ask for details.

Pool Service - Top

We offer a professional pool maintenance service from April to October, including periodic checks and water testing; water will be chemically treated in accordance with best practice to keep it in a safe condition. The pool can be prepared at the beginning of the season and drained for winter.

Artemis Construction & Properties provide Airport Transfer Services for our clients between airports and their homes/hotels; just e-mail, fax or call us with your flight details. We also provide vehicles with driver guides for our clients who want to explore and see the places in and around Didim Region according to their choices.We would recommend that  you to fly to Bodrum airport which is the nearest to Altinkum. Transfer time is approximately 60 minutes.
